Purified water, organic juices, glycerins, humectants, liposome encapsulated vitamins and herbal extracts, combined with rich emollient emulsifiers and therapeutic essential oils soften, moisturize and enhance the absorption of active ingredients. Our 100% pure botanical formulations are free of animal fats, mineral oils, artificial fragrances or harsh sulfate surfactants. |
Preservative

We believe that preservatives in certain skin care products are essential. Like fresh produce and dairy foods, botanically rich creams are susceptible to bacteria, molds, yeast and rancidity. Bacterial growth can begin as soon as a product is opened or contaminated by human hands. Products high in certain essential oils, detoxifying herbal extracts, and antioxidant vitamins can limit contamination. However, using high concentrations for preservative purposes has not proven to be adequate assurance of broad spectrum protection. We believe it is much safer to use a low level safety-proven system along with vitamins, essential oils and antioxidants than to risk potential skin contamination. |
